Overview
Assist Manager and other Senior Project Analysts with planning, monitoring and expediting delivery of Servicing-related projects. Assist with preparation and coordination of project activities to ensure adherence to project timelines, standards and requirements.
Job Description

  • Assist with completing long and short-term project plans to achieve milestones that will ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Assist by coordinating with key project stakeholders/task owners by providing oversight of project-related tasks to ensure proper handling and timely completion.
  • Assist with managing potential risks and liabilities of projects assigned.
  • Serve as a single point of contact (SPOC) or assist the SPOC on projects where multiple areas are involved with same project to ensure team actions remain consistent and synergistic.
  • Participate by providing project status updates and input for management including executive and stakeholder meetings.
  • Perform on-going quality control tasks on the project to maintain expected standards.
  • Perform other project-related duties as required and assigned.
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
  • Assist with day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scope.
  • Ensure that project documentation is complete, current, and stored safely.
  • Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
  • Participate in the analysis, design, training, testing, implementation and support of targeted solutions, as assigned.

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

  • Ability to manage concurrent projects and approach tasks in a structured and systematic manner.
  • Self-driven, team-oriented and able to interface effectively with all organizational levels.
  • Possess leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft, Excel, Word, Power Point and light to moderate skills with SQL databases.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and sound judgment.
  • Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently.
  • Financial Services and Mortgage industry experience preferred.
