CircleCI is growing and needs your project management skills to accelerate growth! Our Business Transformation team is entrusted to develop and run projects to completion with outstanding quality, consistency, and insight. These projects need a thoughtful project integration artist who understands scope, sequencing, and timing across multiple departments to improve company operations. Your role will be to lead high-priority cross-departmental initiatives and projects that align with the company's top goals.

Our team is working toward breaking down silos, filling in gaps between departments to smooth out how teams work together, and making a difference in how the company operates. We're looking for someone with the ambition and creativity to get things done.

What does a day in the life of a business operations manager look like?

• Collaborate with C level executive sponsors to define scope, success measures, and timeline
• Facilitate efficient and effective meetings
• Meticulously document relevant information for your key contributors to be able to self serve in a clear and concise manner
• Consider the larger picture, we impact how efficiently the project, our team, the business, is run

What can you bring to the team?

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Strategic and creative problem solver and quick learner
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor
