We are looking for Project Manager for an immediate need. This is a client-facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.

Must Have Skills

  • Project Management and Coordination
    • Manage delivery of the program on time, on budget, with limited friction to the business and full transparency to leadership.
    • Lead and manage strategic programs and cross-functional project teams, demonstrate a sense of urgency to drive programs and projects to completion and be successful in a collaborative environment.
    • Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, resource requirements, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
    • Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
    • Meet regularly with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
    • Develop and manage a program schedule of work and milestones that will ultimately ensure achievement of the goals and provide timely reporting across all work streams
    • Develop program assessment protocols and metrics for evaluation and improvement
    • Develop and manage an efficient process to track and report funding requests for recurrent and capital expenditures and, as well as incurred expenditures
    • Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
    • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
    • Maintain project documentation
    • Conduct knowledge transfer to operations team ensuring the service is properly transitioned.
  • Writing and Communication
    • Must be a master communicator; written and verbal. Clear, succinct, timely.
    • Communicate status, issues, and risks to executive level stakeholders
    • Communicate regularly with team members on expected outcomes and any risks or deviations encountered.
    • Communicate with clients and end users the ongoing status of program including potential deviation from the original plan
    • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders


  • Strategy Development
    • Conduct internal and external research to understand trends and issues. Help form a point of view on various strategic problems


Job Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree (Computer Science, Information Systems or related functional field) or other specific discipline with a specialization in Management Information System
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years in an advanced management role (preference given to those with program management experience)
  • 10+ years of project management experience a plus
  • 10+ years of experience within the Enterprise Infrastructure space preferred
  • PMP Certification preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Cloud services and technologies
  • Strong proficiency using MS Office Suite, including MS Visio, and MS Project
