What you will be doing?

• Assisting in the project lifecycle from contracting to handoff to Customer Success.
• Directly managing the Managed Detect and Response client implementation of Cylance, SPLUNK, Carbon Black, SentinelOne, MDE and other cyber security products.
• Working directly with internal and customer facing teams including but not limited to Engineering management, Customer Success management and Executive Leadership to ensure successful customer driven projects through the onboarding process and internal enhancement projects are delivered successfully. 
• Build PMO infrastructure under the direct management of a PMO Manager including processes to enhance the business leveraging Process Management and Project Management techniques including templates dashboards and guides for the team internally and externally facing
• Build and Provide reporting to senior management and stakeholders for PMO and client related PMO as needed
• Ensure alignment to strategy and that there are adequate channels for escalation and lessons learned
• Create working relationships with project managers and other PMO’s across the organization
• Overall risk management to identify trends and implement remediation processes and escalate necessary issues to leadership
• Track deliverables with the ability hosting conference calls with customers and facilitating next steps in the project lifecycle
• Mentor and coach teams as well as other project managers

What you will bring?

• 2-5 years of Project Management experience with MSSP/MDR/Managed Service Provider
• Degree in hard science or cyber related industry preferred.
• Experience working with Cyber Security products preferred.
• Experience with MS Project and the creation of project plans including reporting.
• Experience with Office 365 Email, SharePoint and Power Point deck creation and design
• Microsoft Planner, Zendesk, ConnectWise or Salesforce experience preferred
• PMP or related project certification a plus
• CIPP Security+ or relevant cyber security certifications a plus
• Ability to work in a fast paced ever evolving environment calmly
• Ability to identify and remedy problems
• Pragmatic fast thinking
• Trustworthy / honest and good interpersonal customer facing skills 
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong leadership
• Ability to work as a team 
• Strong Multitasking ability including rapid transition from one to another

What’s the working environment like?

This job operates in a professional office environment, but we don’t take it too seriously. Casual dress every day! We have an open office, meeting and collaboration spaces, phone rooms, wellness rooms and a break room with a ping pong table, gaming machine, and shuffle board! This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones and we work in an extremely fast paced, fun environment.
