The Project Manager role is a challenging & exciting opportunity to manage the full project lifecycle while using Ensono's project management methodology. This role requires performing varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, to implement Ensono services and technology to meet client needs.
As a recognized project management authority and leading contributor, this role provides consistent innovative and high-quality solution leadership. This role is responsible for guiding the successful implementation of non-routine and complex business solutions ensuring high quality and timely delivery within budget to the Client's satisfaction.
In this role you will manage one large or multiple smaller projects and be responsible for the successful delivery of those projects. You will work with leaders in Ensono Consulting, Development and Support focused on Ensono's services, and you will manage an internal team of architects and consultants. As an experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family you can operate independently while providing quality work products for an engagement.
Role & Responsibilities:

• Leads a project team in delivering Ensono solutions to the client
• Overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management
• Reports weekly on project financial health and maintains current project financials in Ensono systems

• Ensures deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the client to understand and manage project expectations.
• Methodically manages complex business and logistical challenges & manage all project resources
• Provides day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer and Ensono management
• Exercises creativity, independent judgment, and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques
• Utilizes of best-in-class project management systems and reporting

• Interacts with all roles in the client organization - including CIO, CTO, IT Architects, technical staff and business representatives for all internal and external reporting

What you bring to this role:

• Bachelor or master's degree
• A minimum of 5 years of experience relevant to this position including customer-facing delivery experience
• Must have strong and proven project financial management experience including financial forecasting and ability to demonstrate cost control management. Financial management experience with 3rd party providers/delivery partners, including aligning spend to work progress, is desired.

• Previous demonstrated experience in managing full life cycle implementations of commercial software replacements, software refreshes and other traditional consulting services such as assessments.
• Specific knowledge of mainframe technology and major industry solutions/vendors.
• Excellent analytical and time management skills. Ability to work well remotely with a diverse project team and without direct supervision.

• Ability to use knowledge/experience/investigative process to resolve ambiguous or unclear requests.
• A clear communicator (verbal/written) with a keen sense of timing in the pursuit of key business goals
• Aptitude to help others develop their skills to the benefit of the business
• Quickly establishes and subsequently nurtures long-term client and supplier relationships

• International and cross-cultural project management experience. Project management methodology certification (CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2) is preferred
• Excellent experience of consolidating and harmonizing business management systems
• Significant C-level presentation experience
• Ability/willingness to travel to Ensono and Client sites as required
