Project Manager
We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to support the growing ML Portfolio of customer engagements in C4ML. You’ll drive integrated thinking regarding portfolio management and how we prioritize work to drive desired outcomes. You will also collaborate closely with stakeholders across the Enterprise to identify new project intent with potential strategic impacts. You will provide critical communications and reporting to C4ML leadership to ensure visibility and help identify where leadership decisions and prioritization are required.
General Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities to challenge the status quo to redefine best practices. Discovering new approaches to help reduce friction and drive results across the team.
Partner with stakeholders across the Enterprise to identify large and small scale projects that have potential impacts.
Facilitate weekly cross-functional discussions to drive transparency and clarity regarding new scope.
Manage and execute activities necessary to assess impacts across stakeholder groups and communicate feedback to intent requestors.
Leverage analytical skills and judgement to identify and escalate resource capacity risks and opportunities for mitigation and prioritization.
Provide regular reporting of new intent and resource demand to C4ML leadership and a wide range of other stakeholders.
Maintain and manage process documentation and process controls.
Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes.
Display strong consulting and collaboration skills.
Basic qualifications:
At least 4 years Project or Program Management experience
At least 2 years experience managing client relations
At least 1 year experience in process management
At least 1 year experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, or DSDM)
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working in Financial Services / Banking
Experience working with or leading a technical / engineering team
Experience with organizational process improvement
Experience in establishing or leading cross-team operations
Experience in Data Management and/or Machine Learning / AI
Proficiency in Jira and Tableau
Proficiency in G-Suite (Sheets, Docs, Presentations, etc.)
