Project Manager
Cisco Meraki is searching for a project manager to join our Business Operations team! Meraki is making IT easier, faster, and smarter. As a business unit of Cisco Systems, Meraki is the fastest growing cloud-managed networking team in the world, with products and technology architecture that are changing the face of enterprise networking and making cloud-managed IT a reality. Who you are
You are an experienced project manager with strong discernment, ready to partner with cross-functional teams to drive large-scale initiatives. You are passionate about learning the behind-the-scenes operations of a company - how things work, why they are the way they are, and what the impact is to internal and external audiences. You are always hungry for knowledge and eager to get things done (and done well). To top it off, you are open to change and not afraid of iteration.
Minimum qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience implementing business processes and managing sophisticated projects
- Self-starter with high degree of motivation to drive to results
- Ability to create and maintain structure and predictability from ambiguity
- Demonstrate composure under pressure
- Energetic, personable, and collaborative
- Outstanding business communicator
What you’ll do
As a member of our Business Operations Project Management Office, you will drive projects that focus on new platform integrations, the development of new offers and ways to sell, and country enablement. You will develop and deliver project strategies, manage internal and external partners, and be responsible for executing projects that improve processes across our business. This role is highly interdisciplinary and requires strong collaboration with channel and sales, operations, business systems, strategy, product, and finance teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage high-complexity, high-impact projects from ideation to completion
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration and information dissemination across the organization
- Learn complex business processes end-to-end
- Drive adoption of new processes and platforms
- Analyze data to advise decisions and report on metrics
- Build credible and meaningful relationships across the organization
- Mentor and guide other team members on project management best practices
