Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining detailed lists of projects and tasks related to the global program. Providing status and progress to management and the PMO
  • Take direction from multiple sources and properly prioritize tasks to achieve success of the program
  • Must work independently with various teams and applications to identify stakeholders, define and extract requirements, and establish project timelines



Qualifications

  • Demonstrable consulting industry experience in the domains of technical Project Management and Program Management
  • High level communication skills
  • High level of organizational skills and an ability to accept direction and establish priorities from multiple sources
  • Capable of working independently to investigate and identify key stakeholders
  • Able to communicate effectively with program stakeholders in order to:
    • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements or disseminate requirements
    • Establish road maps and milestones for all projects related to the program
    • Continually follow up with stakeholders to ensure program progresses to plan
  • Ability to provide an enterprise view of the program including:
    • Current / Future state of Applicable Policies
    • Current / Future state of Projects
    • Current/ Future state of Applicable Regulations
  • Ability to communicate progress, risk, issues, help needed, and recommend escalation to management when necessary
  • Develop a strategic point of view for the corporate responsibilities to become compliant with evolving regulations including:
    • Strategic steps to prepare for upcoming regulations
    • Areas of impact from new programs/regulations
    • Identify potential risks and points of failure to keep the enterprise from being compliant
  • Ability to create and maintain documentation using various tools
    • Microsoft Suite
    • SharePoint



Preferred skills:

  • PMP Certification
  • Scrum/Agile Methodology
