Responsible for defining and managing the value proposition, work plan, resource needs, timeline, and budget for projects. Organizes and drives resources (capital, staff, tools) to achieve project objectives on time, within scope, and on budget. Responsibilities include overall project planning, direction, prioritization, change management, delivery, and post-delivery evaluation. Ensures project scope, planning, and implementation align with client expectations and business needs. Ensures alignment between multiple projects.

Responsibilities

TM will be responsible for project management, standardizing resources, and communications and routine and ad- hoc analysis for the global TMS team. This role will work closely with the TMS leaders and gain exposure across all lines of business, including our non- retail facilities.

This role will assist in defining and managing the work plan, resource needs, and timeline, for projects. Will be a catalyst to organize the team to achieve project objectives on time, within scope, and on budget. Responsibilities include overall project planning, direction, prioritization, change management, delivery, and post-delivery evaluation. Ensures project scope, planning, and implementation align with expectations and business needs. Will provide organization support including SharePoint and will expedite resource connection to get things done. Ensures alignment between multiple stakeholder’s projects.

Collaborates with stakeholders across the company to develop, organize, and execute Team Member events and experiences focused on program rollouts and TM Engagement.

Engages with teams to understand and co-develop communications strategies in support of program rollouts.

Engages with the supported teams, Team Leaders, and Team Members to understand the gaps in current understanding, process and the effectiveness of communications, and the perception of needs going forward.

Develops, writes, and edits multiplatform content in support of Team Member storytelling.

Provides data analysis, report writing and correlation connections with people data for informed decision making.

Collaborates cross-functionally, with stakeholders to understand communications needs, timing, and expectations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possesses detailed knowledge of HR concepts, practices, and processes
  • Solid knowledge of several specific HR processes, such as:
    • Group facilitation
    • Reporting and tracking
  • Ability to brainstorm and assist in implementation of solutions within an assigned area of responsibility
  • Seeks ways to proactively improve organizational processes and outcomes
  • Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills, including Power Point Share Point and Excel.
