The Product Feature Request (FR) Process is meant for Field organization to raise an  FR from customers to development units. The FR Process provides a means to positively impact the development roadmap based on customers’ input. A mechanism is a complete process, a virtuous cycle that reinforces and improves itself as it operates. This will be achieved through tracking and monitoring requests throughout the process on a quarterly basis.

In this role you will :

  1. Coordinate the completion of the New feature request progress and distribute to both internal and external stakeholders
  2. Collaborate closely with other departments in order to ensure transparency of all delivery activity
  3. Work with the development teams to ensure completion of validate of requests and allocation of delivery resources
  4. Assist in project management of small delivery projects.
  5. Act as the primary contact for Product Feature Request Process
  6. Assist in creating and sending out updates to the Field organization
  7. Lead the administrative setup of new projects initiated by the new Feature Requests
  8. Assist in identifying and managing delivery-related conflicts, risks, issues and dependencies.
  9. Support project governance or steering groups as required.
  10. Assist the policy of on-going efficiency improvements

Your Qualifications are :

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Experience with project management or project coordination, client success or customer service, or operational functions that include high-volume coordination and scheduling
  • Success while managing multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and build trust internally and externally with stakeholders of diverse personalities
  • Ability to employ a professional and diplomatic customer service approach during client conversations
  • Ability to successfully utilize “soft skills” or “people skills”
  • Coachability, eagerness to grow, and ability to take on increasing responsibilities
  • Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to write proposals, and strong organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of project administration
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Bring innovation and new ideas to existing processes
  • Business Level Skills: Google Suite, Smartsheet, 

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Bonus points if you have a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other relevant certification
