Our team is seeking a driven and customer-focused Project Manager to lead the implementation and configuration of our fastest growing product line. As a Project Manager, you will work cross-functionally to plan and execute projects according to established timeframes and budgets. You will own defining project objectives and overseeing quality throughout the project's lifecycle, all with the support our passionate and talented Customer Experience team.
What You'll Do
- Direct and manage Unanet ERP and CRM implementations from beginning to end
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths
- Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones
- Develop and deliver project status reports
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify issues and/or risks, and devise contingency plans
Your First 90 Days
In your first 30 Days:
- Attend HR Employee Orientation and meet Unanet team
- Learn about our product by leveraging our Learning Management System (LMS) and Knowledge Center
- Shadow Kick-Off Calls, Status Calls, and Close-Out Calls on at least two (2) engagements
- Gain access to and learn our internal tools (Confluence, Unanet, etc.)
- Build out a draft project plan for a client
- Develop a detailed training plan with your manager
In your first 60 Days:
- Continue to shadow implementations and work through our defined training plan
- Attend all available product training sessions and webinars
- Start supporting assigned clients with assistance from the team
- Maintain project plans, status reports and project notes for assigned projects in appropriate tools
- Maintain and own budget and forecast of projects
- Assume ownership of Change Orders
- Achieve 10% billable utilization target
In your first 90 Days:
- Continue to shadow implementations and work through our defined training plan
- Lead, manage and own client implementations including Kick-Off Calls, Status Reporting, and Close-Out Calls
- Own Change and Scope Management
- Own Budget and Forecasting on assigned projects
- Own all communications for assigned projects
- Achieve 30% billable utilization target
About You
- 3+ years of client-facing project management experience, ideally in B2B software
- Strong familiarity with project management software (e.g. Unanet, Monday.com, Smartsheet)
- Track record of developing and managing implementation plans with clients
- Natural ability to work with and secure cooperation and commitment from a diverse audience, including senior leadership, clients, and other departments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Your Differentiators
- Prior experience working with the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) or Government Contracting (GovCon) industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
