General Summary
This Project Manager position will be part of the Corporate Development Integration team. In addition to participating in integration projects, the scope of the role could also include cross functional, company-wide process improvement initiatives.

Project Manager Responsibilities:• Responsible for managing a group of related projects in a coordinated way to obtain benefits and control not available from managing them individually. • Ensures program is delivered within the agreed upon schedule, budget, and quality constraints coordinated between all the different program components or workstreams. • Helps define program governance including roles and responsibilities and the program infrastructure (program office, technology, and other factors in the work environment supporting the program effort)• Supports communications to program Directors, Integration Program Office (IMO) and steering committee. • Conducts periodic briefings/status updates and provides support and guidance to the program coordinator and project managers.• Builds and maintains a comprehensive program plan/schedule with project schedule rollups.• Helps review/adjust project plans/schedules for conformance to IMO strategy.• Helps with addressing external and cross team internal dependencies, mitigation and resolution of program level risks and issues. Escalates to program Directors and IMO as necessary.• Ensures all projects under the program are adhering to the Program/Project Management Framework and other compliance processes where applicable.• Manage project scope, issues and timeline through formal change management processes.• Continues to evolve current toolset/methodology/playbook for future acquisitions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Frequently transports between offices, buildings and campuses up to ½ mile.
  • Frequently transports and install equipment up to 5 lbs.
  • Performs required tasks at various heights (e.g. standing or sitting).
  • Monitors and utilizes computers and test equipment for more than 6 hours a day.
  • Continuous communication which includes the comprehension of information with colleagues, customers and vendors both in person and remotely.

Education:
Bachelors, See the required degree associated with years of work experience
Work Experiences:
2+ years project management experience or related work experience., 4+ years project management experience or related work experience, 6+ years project management experience or related work experience

Bachelors - Business Administration, Bachelors - Computer Science, Bachelors - Management, Masters - Business Administration, Masters - Computer Science, Masters - Management
Work Experiences:
1+ years experience working in a large matrixed organization. ,1+ years working with operating budgets, resources, and/or project financials. ,1+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above). ,1+ years experience with project management tools (e.g., Visio). ,5+ years project management experience or related work experience.
Certifications:
PMP Certification, professional certificate in Project Management, or similar certification. - Various Organizations
