As a Project Manager you will work as a part of our professional service team to drive all aspects of a client project from inception to deployment. This may include supporting our insurance Claims, Billing and Policy products. You will work cross-functionally to ensure all projects are completed on-time and on-budget, interfacing with client stakeholders, internal Origami teams and outsourced vendors.
Starting base pay for this role is between $92,000 and $115,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will be eligible for a bonus as well as competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, wellness reimbursement, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. We offer vacation and sick leave benefits (under a flexible time off policy in most states).

Responsibilities
- Builds and maintains project schedule
- Responsible for overall client relationship management and satisfaction during project engagement
- Leads external engagement kickoff
- Ensures team members have the necessary tools, knowledge, skills to execute upon assigned deliverables
- Directs work efforts of project team (Client Executive, Technical Consultant, Data Conversion Analyst, Business System Analyst)
- Prepares and presents project status reports
- Prepares and presents Executive Steering Committee reports
- Maintains issues / risks log
- Leads bi-weekly status meetings with client
- Manages project from inception to installation
- Manages project scope of expanded opportunities
- Manages hours tracking, including utilization, erosion, and reporting of hours
- Manages project budget
- Presents and negotiates pricing and Statement of Work for change orders / expanded scope to client
- Manages Statement of Work execution (signature) and any procurement processes.
- Other duties as assigned
- 3+ years of previous technical project management experience
- Bachelor's Degree related field
- Previous system replacement and/or integration project management experience required
- Previous experience holding software implementation teams accountable for meeting deadlines and goals
- Previous experience managing project financials and resource allocation
- Experience with contract adherence and negotiating skills
- Experience identifying and driving change management
- Superior communication and presentation skills required
- Insurance industry experience highly preferred
