THE OPPORTUNITY
Syncron is currently looking for an ambitious Project Manager to join our fast growing US Customer Success / Expert Services team. As a Project Manager you will advise our customers on their agenda to transform their service and after-sales business into a competitive differentiator. Relying on the Syncron service platform that offers domain-fit solutions for inventory optimization, pricing strategy and IoT technology drivers, you will help define, configure, test, and deploy game changing business solutions in state-of-the-art architectures.
Syncron offers you an exciting and challenging position as Project Manager, working with large multinational companies choosing Syncron's products to optimize and deliver value in the aftermarket business. During the ramp up period you will get familiar with Syncron's products and processes by utilizing our eLearning platform and participating in actual customer projects. Your personal mentor and the members of your international project team will support you to quickly learn what you need. As you grow you will be given more senior responsibilities. WHAT YOU WILL DO :
You are first line to ensure Syncron customer realize the most value from our solutions by

• Mapping and identifying the customer business requirements
• Designing business and process solution based on Syncron's products
• Deliver business value to Syncron's Customers
• Business system integration
• Project management
• Stakeholder and change management
• Project Estimation
• Global Collaboration

You will be based in our office in Chicago and work in a truly international team where our projects are delivered in a distributed model. The position will include traveling to customers, within US but potentially also in other parts of the world.
WHO YOU ARE :

• Degree educated, preferably with focus on Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics, Economics, Pricing, Industrial Management
• An interest in leveraging Information Technology to reach world class business objectives
• Basic database skills: SQL or Oracle
• Strong Business acumen
• The ability to travel up to 50%
• 5+ Years of professional work experience
• Experience in one or more of these areas:
  • Supply Chain Management applications such as business operations, supply planning, order management, price management, etc.
  • Field Service Management
  • Finished Good, Service, or Service Parts pricing experience
  • Business design of ERP or pricing software solutions
  • Implementation experience with software solutions
  • Consulting experience in Pricing, promotion planning, Aftermarket marketing, or ERP

The ideal candidate would have an analytical mindset, would love problem solving, have strong communication skills, be good at creating and maintaining documentation skills as well the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
