Job Description
The Contract Lifecycle Project Manager will lead the implementation of a new 3rd party CLM tool across the NBCU enterprise. This resource will be responsible for the engagement and delivery across multiple legal divisions, including setting expectations, building and managing project plans and supporting change.
Responsibilities
• Engage with a broad range of Operations & Technology and Legal business users to drive business requirements, analyze data and processes, and create work products that lead to the implementation of technical solutions and user adoption
• Serve as the escalation point for the day-to-day operational activities across the CLM landscape of applications and integrations utilized by the business
• Partner with CLM legal to manage projects and priorities as a cohesive team
Manage 3rd party vendor for support and configuration issues outlined in the statement of works
• Schedule and facilitate meetings with key stakeholders and the business community to provide status updates and drive decisions
• Manage the prioritization and execution of enhancements in conjunction with the Rights Program initiatives
• Leads the implementation development and enhancement activities throughout all phases of the CLM onboarding process lifecycle
• Help identify, plan, prioritize and assign CLM project and support requests for the Enterprise Rights portfolio
• Build and manage relationships with supporting IT teams within the matrixed organization to effectively deliver work products to production
• Review and approve the deliverables from these teams, providing feedback and expertise to ensure high quality work product
• Provide scope and estimates, and review proposals and statements of work as needed
• Understand IT industry and trends, emerging technologies and use them as needed to achieve project objectives
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management using Agile methodologies.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in an IT functional role delivering work products for medium to large scale projects and applications
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to utilize technology to create innovative solutions
• Demonstrated experience with implementing contract management system(s)
• Extensive experience gathering and documenting functional user requirements with a strong knowledge of structured IT analysis methodologies, including process flow definition and data flow diagramming
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI
• Familiar with databases, relational and unstructured, SQL
• Expert in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Smartsheet
• PMP Certification, preferred

• Experience with the broader media industry or legal industry
• Experience with business intelligence and analytic tools
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and work on assigned development tasks with minimal oversight, leveraging team members and resources as necessary
• Ability to work with minimal oversight toward aggressive deadlines and in high pressure situations
Ability to work collaboratively with remote teams across varying time zones
