Description:
The Judge Group is currently seeking an experience Project Manager for one of our growing clients. This full-time position requires 30% travel and will be 70% remote work. Travel will be primarily Western US.

As Project Manager, you will manage and lead all facets of construction project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk) for new Veterinary hospital developments. The projects will include real estate search, planning, design, construction, occupancy and close out.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from College or University in a technical area of study. Minimum six years of related experience and/or training. • Architecture and Design experience a plus but not required.
• Requires in depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures, forecast and prepare budgets and conduct business analysis.
• PMP and LEED AP preferred.

Necessary Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to utilize excel and Smartsheet's to manage project data
• Communication skills, ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret the most complex business documents. Respond effectively to sensitive issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, and speeches/presentations for key stakeholders.
