Job Description:
R esponsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of project solutions that deliver on business objectives. Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, complying with change standards, managing project budget, and providing end to end visibility into the health of the project. Works across business and technology to create the solution. Consults the business to clearly understand the business problems and technology to understand the technology challenges of the solution and finds creative solutions. Ensures solutions are flexible and modular and designed to adapt easily. Works with Product Manager/Owner to plan and prioritize technology focused backlog items to enable business epics/features. Clarifies the solution for the development teams to support implementation, and provides options to resolve any impediments. Performs design reviews to ensure all requirements (functional and non-functional) are sufficiently met.
Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager using Jira or Remedy
• Banking experience
• Microsoft Suite of products including MS Project
• Solution Design and Delivery - Demonstrated ability to design and lead the execution of complex, multi-domain project initiatives.
• Promotes Collaboration - Collaborates with own team and across teams. Asks questions to obtain views from others.
• Analytical Thinking - Demonstrates ability to identify root causes to solve complex problems in highly unstable situations.
• Influencing - Uses a combination of factual and emotional points to exert influence. Receives agreement to ideas by identifying and working collaboratively with specific stakeholders and senior managers.
