This position is eligible for HYBRID flexible work arrangements from our Racine, WI office.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager within our North America Capital PMO team, you'll be developing and coordinating Projects and Enhancements to meet and exceed customer needs & internal objectives within the NA Capital organization. Job requirements/responsibilities are:

  • Engagement and alignment with cross-functional team and team representatives within CNHi Capital and the CNHi Commercial Brands
  • Lead cross functional activities initiating, planning, and performing projects through the Project Management Lifecycle
  • Define and Lead project budget, scope, schedule / timeline, goals, results, and staffing needs with PMO Business Analysts to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate the efforts of the project team through detailed planning efforts and drive consistent communication across cross-functional operations to meet aligned program objectives
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risk. Initiates corrective actions as necessary as they relate to the project.
  • Measure & Monitor project performance and collect post-project feedback to look for issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure appropriate visibility, transparency, and communication of the project as they arise and advance as needed and then that all project documents are complete and stored appropriately.
  • Support Test Plan Development, Testing, and active measurement of Test Plan Completion by Project Team Members.
  • Facilitate project & program meetings with team members and leadership staff, conflict resolution, and hold teams accountable on all aspects of Project Management
  • Annual Salary for this position is $101,000 USD to $155,000 USD annually and will be eligible for a Company Bonus Plan (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.)



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in Project Management
  • Experience in projects related to software development, testing and delivery
  • Experience in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or similar tool
  • PMP certification highly desirable.
