Job Responsibilities
- Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.
- Responsible for managing a project to achieve specified objectives.
- Involves the overall planning, coordination and control of a project from inception to completion to produce a functionally and financially viable project that will be completed on time within authorized cost and to the required quality.
- Manages scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and change management.
- Plans, directs, and supervises all operations included in moderately sized projects with moderate risk, complexity, and financial impact.
- Manages and leads all technical, financial, and client satisfaction areas using consistent processes and tools.
- May include management of small teams across business lines, in remote locations and/or management of subcontractors.
- Manages projects on a local to regional basis achieving quality outcomes, financial performance and client satisfaction.
- Successfully develops strategy, prepares proposals, negotiates contracts, and executes project.
- Acts as primary point of contact with client.
- Manages one or more very complex project, involving a combination of the following:
- Clients with a national geographic footprint; OR,
- Projects involving a full spectrum of services offered by IE; OR,
- Other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc.
- Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).
- Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals.
- Manages other Project Managers.
Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS + 4 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Able to successfully pass Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background check
- Able to successfully pass client required background check and screenings
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS in Architecture, Construction or Engineering
