We are searching for a Technical Project Manager who will be responsible driving cross-team software development initiatives using agile methodologies. This position focuses on technical projects related to the design, development, execution, implementation, and maintenance of software systems. Key work streams will include working closely with our vendor partners in addition to our internal product managers, business owners and IT teams. You will develop project plans, help establish priorities, manage software vendor relationships, and track project financials. To be successful in this role, you must be business-savvy and understand the core product features to be positioned to set priorities, make decisions, and assess risk.

In this role you will:

• Deliver value by leading project teams and driving effective collaboration with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery using agile methodologies
• Work across vendors and internal teams to maintain and increase communication and collaboration necessary for the successful delivery of projects
• Anticipate the needs, risks, and challenges of your projects
• Drive projects forward amid stalling forces
• Learn and understand the end-to-end business processes to ensure delivered solutions meet customer requirements
• Work closely with teams to break down the work into manageable stories
• Help drive project decisions to align with higher company initiatives

Do you have:

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in an Information Technology or Business discipline or a related field
• 3+ years of related experience leading/managing teams or project delivery
• Excellent interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills
• Exceptional process and analytical capabilities
• Able to break down information in a systematic and consumable manner
• Bias for action and work comfortably with ambiguity
• You strive to meet aggressive goals, and know when to reset expectations
