10 years of Information Technology experience with a minimum of 5 years experience in IT Project Management working specifically within InfrastructureMust lead project teams and manage activities associated with projects that are typically cross-department or organizational entity-wide in scope. Projects tend to be complex and technical in nature and may last six months to more than one year in duration Must develop key project documentation to thoroughly understand what staff member(s) and or consultant(s) are needed to complete projects e.g., statements-of-work, change orders, project plans, issues list, risk management lists, status reports, meeting agendas, post-mortem reports, etc. Must establish and manage a pragmatic, detailed plan (schedule) to ensure the project is executed on time and meets the goals of the sponsor Must work with the cross functional teams to identify, articulate, and manage project risks and issues Must drive project issues through to resolution using the methodology established in the organization and effectively manage and control project changes Must proactively manage and direct on-site IT staff including consultants and external vendors Must effectively communicate and advise the management team of project statuses which includes inter project dependencies, external project dependencies, and realistic timelines for completion Develop and manage complex project plans and budgets, working with team members to understand problems, focus on bringing issues to resolution, and escalate as necessary to meet timelines Create and deliver presentations on project goals and plans, including progress reports (1.) To Ensure Program Objective alignment of all tracks for Time, Cost, Scope and Quality of the Project (2.) To ensure Project Profitability by ensuring cost optimization in O2R and entire project cycle. (3.) To ensure revenue recognition (4.) To maintain risk Register for projects scope and Deliverables and ensure Zero Defect Contract Management. (5.) To monitor multiple projects' health status and timely reporting on all aspects of the projects and highlight any red flags in the Project taking it to closure without Customer Impact
