Work you'll do:
• Interface with government clients and contracting officer representatives to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items, and effectively execute in accordance with approved plans.
• Monitor overall TO performance.
• Plan, direct, and control the overall management and operational functions specified during normal hours of operation, and during periods of no-notice emergencies, including localized acts of nature, accidents, and military or terrorist attacks.
• Manage large programs ($750M) IDIQ contracts with highly technical and diverse task orders.
• Organize, direct, and manage contract operation support functions involving multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks.
• Effectively communicate at senior levels within a customer organization.
• Manage tools and purchases and possess a demonstrated understanding of purchasing systems.
• Experience in program and project management, customer communications, marketing analysis, and IT services management.
• Experience in program risk mitigation, program wide change management, and contract negotiations.
• Certification in Project Management from a recognized credentialing agency (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI)

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active Top Secret Clearance required


Preferred:

  • A Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience in the DHS space and leading FEDSIM programs.
