Responsibilities:

The scope of the proposed services will include but is not limited to the following:

• Consult with customer agency's leadership on internal procedures associated with the enhancement and use of the SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program)/TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families), CSE (Child Support Enforcement), EBT (Electronic Benefits Transfer), P-EBT (Pandemic Electronic Benefits Transfer) systems, workforce development systems, and their corresponding subsystems.
• Design, create and modernize new/existing business artifacts in order for customer- agency's leadership to improve organizational process and procedures.
• Consult with OTS vertical/functional leadership for related technology services and functions via OTS services that can improve customer agency's team effectiveness.
• Consult with customer agency's personnel on the use of Lean-Agile methodologies to improve efficiencies and facilitate quicker decision-making.
• Work as internal change analysts for projects under customer agency's project management office following formal change processes.

The specifics for the Project Manager skills by areas of work are broken down below:

• The Project Managers with documented project leadership experience and the capability to manage projects through the define, measure, analyze, improve, and control (DMAIC) lifecycle.

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

• Provide day-to-day project management support;
• Creation of project documentation: daily, weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly status reports.
• Project schedules and plans, meeting minutes, risks and issues, other documentation as needed.
• Activity and resource planning.
• Analyzing project risks and issues, help identify ways to mitigate risks.
• Process monitoring.
• Monitor project deliverables.

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:

• Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification.
• Two (2) years leading process analysis work using DMAIC.

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:

• Creation of Cost/Benefit Analysis documentation for projects.
• Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt certification or higher.
• Lean Six Sigma coaching and mentoring experience.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
