About the team

This position is being filled by the WRA -Wealth and Retirement Administration division, specifically  Retirement.  Retirement provides software and services for Retirement industry.  This includes services for Mutual Fund Companies, Financial Institutions and Corporations.  This position is part of the Tech Dev group that includes development and quality assurance for software services.  The team is global with members in the US and India.  

What you will be doing

This position will be responsible all aspects of assigned technical projects.  Projects include development of new or upgraded products and services, internal information systems-specific projects that may involve development or enhancements of internal applications, technology integration and/or infrastructure environments build-outs, delivery by service teams for outsourced solutions to external clients or delivery of new or enhanced products and/or services to improve customer satisfaction through use of technology.

  • Plans and coordinates all aspects of modernization projects from initiation through delivery.
  • Interacts with business, product, client relationship team, technology, and any other cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of the product.
  • Coordinates activities and tasks among project teams, other internal departments and clients as needed to meet project goals.
  • Manage project risk, issue/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals.
  • Serves as liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure all project targets and requirements are meet.
  • Delivers informational and decision-making presentations to technical and business groups.

  • Knowledge of Scaled Agile process
  • Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with executives
