Job Description
The Project Manager, TPO Excellence will be focused on leading internal, TPO focused critical initiatives.
This role will be responsible for:• Creating and enhancing TPO Content through creating and executing a cadence for regular BU, COE and Geo context reviews• TPO Engagement by interpreting and creating a plan to approach TPO engagement results. Work with various teams to produce an output, or work toward a solution, that is well received cross functionally and globally to drive engagement and respond to colleagues' feedback. Lead TPO onboarding and oversee TPO Engagement Squad• TPO Operating Efficiency and People Strategy by relating TPO project work back to the TPO strategy, connecting different people strategy workstream initiatives and ensuring that TPO colleagues are working toward a similar goal. Encourage cross functional work and integrated work. Assist with the change management process internally. Working closely with Transformation Consultants and teams.• Partner in the creation of a control book of key TPO operational metrics and management. Accurately preparing TPO metrics, in partnership with functional leads, that help guide POET, but in a cadence that minimizes the repetitive work on TPO teams.• Enabling TPO careers through creation and development of talent initiatives such as rotation programs, career paths, etc. Working closely with the Talent & Career team to pilot new career initiatives within TPO.• TPO Business Partnering by implementing initiatives within TPO, being an advocate for our own outputs internally, using TPO as a test case where necessary and a gold standard for project implementation. • Administering FIS Cares by serving as the key administrator and point of contact for application and payment review and processes. Working closely with regional leads and catering the program to local needs, based on the parameters set by FIS Cares Inc.'s charter. Own the administrative duties of the external 5013c non-profit.• CPO support through support in managing content and awareness across initiatives and calendar items, using internal network to create and track down necessary details at CPO's need and request.• Special Project and Strategic initiatives by working across TPO functions to ensure appropriate connections needed to work holistically.
How you will do it
This role will require strong relationships with key People Office stakeholders and business leaders to ensure successful execution of items towards goals. The role works collaboratively across all functions of TPO and is an important piece of making connections to ensure work is aligned cross-functionally.
Required skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through documented plans.
- Experience in multiple areas/disciplines of the TPO function with demonstrated understanding of those functions.
- Understanding of key components of colleague engagement.
- Possessing advanced communication and presentation skills and a track record of effectively communicating with and influencing at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create clear and impactful presentations.
- 5-10 years of experience with a proven track record of success in Human Resources.
- Self-learning, with in-depth understanding of market trends.
