About the job
The Red Hat North America (NA) Services Operations team is looking for a Project Manager to join us. In this role, you will become an ambassador of the team, becoming the key point of contact and representative for the NA Services team in collaborating with Systems, Reporting, and other IT teams. You will become a subject matter expert for various business or systems processes. You'll interact with other project leads, executive administrators, and program managers across the company, ensuring alignment and project coordination. Successful applicants must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business.
What you will do

  • Be the main representative and leader for new systems and business processes
  • Empower and share knowledge to the entire NA Services organization with enhancements, demos, and Q&As so they become fully educated and supported
  • Ensure that all the organization's priorities are clearly communicated and leaders are in alignment
  • Oversee the curated list of all global programs, projects, and workstreams, prioritizing various key initiatives at a given time period while tracking all initiatives
  • Initiate the development of upcoming communications, including presentations, videos, announcements, and speaking engagements


What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of experience providing professional support through project management experience
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with an ability to anticipate stakeholder's needs and determine the best use of their time
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under pressure and under tight deadlines
  • Passion about Red Hat's mission and open source technology along with an understanding of the Red Hat's services' role and strategy
