The Marketing Project Manager is at the center of all our campaigns and marketing projects to drive leads, MQLs, customer experience, and company brand awareness.
This role requires a diligent professional with a real commitment to teamwork and a demonstrated understanding of project management and digital marketing practices. The ideal candidate will be methodical, strategic, pay close attention to detail, and have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments concurrently across different teams. This person displays great creativity, flexibility, tenacity, good sense of humor and a high level of energy.
This position manages the online project management system and will be responsible for streamlining key processes, identifying efficiencies in production and materials usage to make projects move efficiently, and working with product marketers and our creative team to complete projects and marketing campaigns on tight schedules.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead owner of the marketing project management system, Workfront
  • Collaborate with product marketers, design team, and copy editors to schedule and prioritize a high volume of often time-sensitive projects, campaigns, and design deliverables
  • Engage in ongoing review of project management and Workflow processes, working to continuously improve ease of use and efficiency
  • Coordinate input from various key partners and teams
  • Develop detailed production plans and monitor progress throughout each project
  • Train staff and update current staff to ensure project management fidelity
  • Document project details, including risks, timeline, and requirements specifications
  • Monitor the work of designers and copy editors
  • Develop and implement production schedules for materials in accordance with the marketing calendar
  • Coordinate print inventory and orders, providing frequent updates to product marketers
  • Communicate project deliverables, issues, risks, progress to core team and key partners


Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with an online project management system as a primary job function
  • Print and digital production and traffic experience and/or project management experience
  • Excellent project management skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with digital asset management tools
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
  • Workfront experience
