How you will contribute to LifeNet Health's success:
The Project Manager, Life Science Operations will lead projects within the division and will be responsible for safety, quality, executing timelines and budget management. Will oversee interdisciplinary Life Sciences projects and LifeScience Engineering team, to ensure compliance with relevant SOP's and quality requirements. Coordinate activities and deliverables of all internal and external partners while proactively identifying and managing issues, driving to resolution. Will be accountable for all project deliverables assigned and present at internal and external meetings.
What you'll do:
- Collaborates with cross departmental representatives to facilitate, identify, develop, and manage project deliverables to achieve goals with efficiency and effectiveness from the planning stages through completion to meet established timelines.
- Provides leadership to assigned team by leading, guiding, and directing employees to be effective team members. Ensures that everyone is equipped with the right skills, tools, and talents necessary for executing their duties. Using the established people processes (performance, development, succession, and career) to ensure that their team's level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards.
- Coordinate with project team members through leading weekly meetings to define and document business processes and review project statuses.
- Prepare necessary documentation and presentations for internal and external customers. Organize and facilitate team and leadership meetings to review, refine and finalize action items for execution and delivery for projects.
- Serve as a controller of the LifeScience operation projects. Document and track project deliverables, prepare status reports and other internal and external communication materials with regards to progress and execution of LifeScience deliverables.
- Ensures that all projects comply with all guidelines set forth by all regulatory agencies having jurisdiction, as monitored by periodic reviews, and ensures safety standards are maintained throughout project.
- Maintain all corporate standards with applicable project control requirements to ensure financial and administrative responsibility, in conjunction with risk management.
What you'll bring (Minimum Requirements):
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Biology, Biochemistry, or related from an accredited college or university: Master's Degree in Engineering preferred
- Five (5) years related work experience in the pharmaceutical, medical devices or LifeScience.
- Five (5) years direct management and leadership of others.
- Three (3) years project management experience.

- Project Management: Project experience: able to manage project activities and meet deadlines as required including the use of appropriate quality and design control tools and methods; able to present project information and data to project team and management
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
