ABOUT THE TEAM

The Problem Management team is the escalation layer of complicated product issues from Product Support. This team is a key liaison between Product Support and Product Engineering. We investigate the issues to determine if there is an immediate solution for the issue or if the issue needs to be escalated to Product Engineering as a defect. We also work to equip and provide enhanced product knowledge to the Product Support team as the need is presented.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Project Manager IV, you will work with the Enterprise Problem Management leader in support of the RealPage Problem Management process and central reporting. You will work with other Problem Management leaders to provide instruction of the Problem Management process and drive to continuous process improvements. You will work with Product Support and EIS on enhancements to the Problem Management Escalation (PME) object and system improvements. You will design and create reports for product support performance of usability and maturity with Salesforce Einstein/Tableau reporting solution. This position will report to the VP of Problem Management.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage, support and enhance the RealPage Problem Management process
• Plan and deliver training sessions for continual PME learning and new product teams
• Work with EIS to plan and test PME enhancements in the Salesforce platform
• Work with Product Support and EIS in the development of a RealPage Executive Dashboard using the Salesforce Einstein Analytics platform for common product case/PME/AzureDevOps visibility.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Solid experience as a user of the RealPage Problem Management process
• Process Management - Knowledge of ITIL, Microsoft Operations Framework, Kanban, Lean methodology
• Advanced problem solving/analytical skills
• Intermediate SQL skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience along with understanding of Visual Basic for Applications
• The ability to distill complex topics and communicate in a simple and coherent manner with a consultative approach
