Project Manager - Implementation
Description
SPS Commerce continues to grow and we are looking to add a Project Manager who is Obsessed with Customers and has a Results Matter mindset to join our Direct Network Implementation Team. The Project Manager ensures quality and process improvement programs and strategic initiatives designed to improve the quality of service, care and efficiency delivered by Customer Success. You will work with cross-functional partners to coordinate and support customer success teams in creating and executing retention initiatives to achieve business goals. Balance attention to detail and the big picture to recommend and influence change in a high growth, fast paced environment.

Day-to-Day
- Proactively manage projects using critical project management skills- including but not limited to establishing scope of work and project plan and managing timelines for project tasks
- Create and maintain project work schedules, track customer requirements and translate requests into project deliverables.
- Monitor work-flow requirements to meet timelines and quality expectations
- Manage day-to-day project tasks for to ensure execution of retention initiatives
- Proactively prioritize needs, effectively manage resources, and complete necessary tasks
Minimum Requirements
Associate Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years of non-project management professional experience
- Demonstrated understanding of processes and/or services to contribute to issue identification and idea generation/evaluation
- Quality-focused; detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and multi task
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent organizational skills and written/oral communication skills
Project Manager
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years of project management experience
- Strong problem solving & analytic ability
- Quality-focused; detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and multitask
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision while taking initiative and setting priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment
