Unique Career Opportunity!

  • Capture Scope, Timeline and Budget for projects. Oversee and document all aspects assigned project or task. Work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and report on all aspects of projects such as: Project status, Time Tracking, Project health, project resource availability, project risks/blockers, changes in scope, project cost and project variance.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Administer all aspects of RFI/RFP as assigned by supervisor.
  • Document project's charter, scope, objectives, metrics for success and responsibilities involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide Administrative support as necessary for Project such as setting up meetings with necessary project team member and vendors.
  • Report on project performance in QA, UAT and production and conduct project post mortems.
  • Manage the relationship with the all parties involved in the project.


Necessary qualifications, skills, and abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science or relevant work history.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
  • High level understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
  • Ability to quickly obtain a high-level understanding of a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization.
  • Knowledge of PMI standards and practices; PMP certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills with a focus on making abstract concepts concrete.
  • Ability to facilitate and guide conversations to stay on point.
  • Highly adaptable and able to work autonomously.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple, simultaneous initiatives and conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to meet and manage customer expectations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively and independently.
  • Ability to document and maintain various types of requirements.
