Flint Hills Resources (FHR, a Koch Industries company) is looking for a contribution-motivated Project Manager to join our IT Project Management Organization at our Wichita, KS headquarters. In this role you will lead efforts contributing to a variety of business transformation initiatives starting from project conception through hands-on delivery. This role will be accountable for the project execution planning and managing the cross-functional resources needed for successful project delivery.

This is a flexible hybrid opportunity based out of Wichita, KS.
What You Will Do In Your Role:

• Aligning cross-functional, cross-organizational, and global teams to drive toward project commitments
• Developing the project execution approach, organizing the project team, and coordinating work efforts to meet project commitments
• Holding teams accountable to deliver business outcomes that meet the vision of transformation, while optimizing scope, costs, and schedule
• Leveraging critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive issue resolution with stakeholders & leadership
• Effectively communicating the state of the project across various levels of the organization
• Effectively utilizing each project team member to their fullest potential

The Experience You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-5 years relevant IT product delivery or project management work experience

What Will Put You Ahead:

• Experience managing technology projects with diverse stakeholders and business groups
• Experience managing custom software development projects
• Experience in either waterfall or agile methodologies
