About the Role
This is a unique role where you will be working with contractors across the country to coordinate construction projects in our customer’s homes. Your focus will be “post-sale fulfillment”. After a contract has been signed, our sales team will hand the project off to you to quickly steer the project to completion. The successful candidate will work as a liaison between the residential customer and service professional, ensuring a smooth, best in class process for both parties.
Success in this position will come from exceptional attention to detail & time management, along with a natural ability to facilitate communication between the three stakeholders (the home-owner, the contractor, and us) People who are able to build rapport and charm, while also holding contractors accountable will thrive

What you’ll do:
- Manages the review and execution of all scope of work terms and conditions
- Oversees and manages residential construction projects from the design phase through project closeout
- Identifies potential project risks and develops/implements strategies to minimize impact
- Coordinates the procurement of materials, supplies, services, and controls necessary for timely and cost-effective completion of projects within budget
- Prepares and communicates project schedules, project change proposals, and related project activities on a regular basis and continuously seeks to achieve customer satisfaction
- Processes payments from the customers and to the contractors
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree or other relevant business disciplines
- Entry-level position with up to 3 years of experience
- Ease with using CRM programs and other productivity software
- Knowledge of construction contracts and construction practices
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Maintains a positive attitude and an open-minded approach to the constant ebbs and flows of industry
- Customer-focused by maintaining awareness of and meeting the needs of the customer
Compensation & Benefits:
- This position will be eligible for a competitive year end performance bonus & equity package
- Annual On-Target Earnings: $60K - $75K with uncapped potential on commission
