In a nutshell
Our Strategy & Operations team is looking for a seasoned Project Manager as we help develop an operating model for a service desk, including the tracking, governance, communications, SLAs, and staffing model. Your project team will be designing a scalable, repeatable listening program to receive field feedback, track the success of programs, and optimize experiences for field sellers and client partners. You will be interacting with high-level leaders as this operating model will impact people all over the world. You'll also have a hand in building communities and constructing a framework for engagement that will directly impact the company's bottom line as well as its culture.
As Project Manager of Governance, you will have the opportunity to manage the change roadmap, ensuring ongoing data fidelity and working with bright, focused teams. You will conduct inventory to flag for change governance, support change governance rhythms and reviews, and manage a breadth of change consultation with connection to the landing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering client value and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. You'll lead growing teams of 2-15 people, both locally and virtually, to build and execute strategies in areas as diverse as product development, cost management, organizational transformation, and more.

About you

• You have experience in structured professional services organizations
• You're gifted with an entrepreneurial flair
• You are comfortable regularly communicating with executives
• You have experience delivering projects and solving problems within midsize-to-large organizations, utilizing disparate tools and methodologies
• You have a solid track record of recommending and implementing improvements to projects and processes for clients
• You have a broad delivery capability that may span strategy, technology, and/or business
• You're a natural leader, able to navigate challenging group dynamics with consensus-building skills

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management with consulting experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation and client management skills
• Undergraduate degree
