Position Overview:

The Global Marketing and Strategy Project Manager will have complete ownership of project design, execution and closure of assigned projects. Majority of project responsibility will be driven from Global Strategy and Marketing, but selected candidate will interact with multiple internal functions (Finance, HR, Sales, R&D). Some projects will require work with other Siemens Business units and Divisions.

Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will be responsible to define project goals with collaborators and deliver projects on time and within budget while operating within a project management methodology framework. The preferred candidate should have a confirmed history of complex project execution, preferably with marketing infrastructure, IT or Data Analytics.

• Project stakeholder management
• Business problem definition - frame "what problem are we trying to solve"
• Project scope definition and deliverable definition
• Project timeline Management
• Project risk Management
• Budget management
• Cross functional dependency management
• Facilitate disagreement resolution
• Regular project reporting
• Executive communication

• Knowledge of external agency management
• Knowledge of risk management
• Knowledge of stakeholder management
• Strong time management skills
• Strong communication and inter-cultural skills

Education and Experience Requirement:
• Degree: BS, BA or equivalent work experience required
• 3-5 years of experience
• Validated Project Management Skills required
• Certified Project Manager preferred (PMI PMP)
• Proven Change Management skills preferred

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
• Normal office environment or virtual work environment
• Up to approximately 25% travel may be required
