Join the 2022 FIS University Program!
As a 2022 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.
This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will:

  • Learn how to work within a corporate environment
  • Learn the structure of FIS and options for growth within the organization
  • Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities
  • Build a network of your peers from across the organization


This position is for a March 21, 2022 start.
About the Team
In 2021, FIS launched a program aimed to deliver an innovative retirement experience, allowing our program partners to bring new solutions to market faster and create increased value for partners' clients. The Program Management team is accountable for aligning the Program to the strategic objectives and defined guidelines, providing first-line decisions and mitigation for escalated risks and issues. It also provides oversight of Program workstreams and coordinates with cross-functional teams as needed, while managing the overall direction and execution of Program activities.
What You Will Be Doing

  • You will support the coordination of various aspects of program activities from initiation through delivery.
  • You will interact with project and production teams along with other members of cross-functional teams on program deliverables including status tracking and communications.
  • You will coordinate activities and tasks among project team members, other internal departments, and clients as needed to meet project goals and ensure program completion on schedule, within budget constraints, and of the appropriate quality standards for the program.
  • You will assist with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed
  • You will support and coordinate information and status-providing presentations with groups in FIS.
  • You will identify project management coordination process gaps or areas for improvement, recommend and support the implementation of solutions

  • Bachelor's degree from job discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of Agile Project Management methodology
  • Experience or skills related to communication formats and/or technology
