Project Manager, Enterprise Data
Transforming our data ecosystem is the hardest and most game changing of all of our transformations. As an Enterprise Data Project Manager, you will be a part of a talented team who brings the Data Transformation Program to life across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and delivering a strategy that supports getting the enterprise data platforms to destination by focusing on Data Management & Publishing. You will ensure our program and communications strategy keeps stakeholders engaged and informed, ushers associates through the change curve and rallies all parties to the finish line. The right candidate will be a confident and innovative leader who builds productive relationships and drives results.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large scale programs on behalf of getting our Enterprise Data Platforms to Destination
- Collaborate with all levels of the organization to monitor and manage the critical path, plan contingencies, facilitate scope changes, and control resource expenditure
- Report on program delivery progress, managing escalations and impediment resolution
- Build and maintain high trust relationships with partner teams across the Enterprise to keep abreast of current strategies and manage work in progress
The successful candidate will be:
- A leader with proven experience for delivering enterprise technical solutions in a fast paced environment
- A strong communicator who can partner well across groups to ensure intent is clear, plans exist and risk is understood
- Able to lead technology-focused discussions with leadership by providing valuable insights and recommendations that guide technology-based decisions.
- An exceptional writer with strong written, oral, and verbal communications skills who can present complex subject matter in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to stakeholders across all levels
- Action oriented, always leaning in and moving with a sense of urgency; results-oriented and able to get things done
- A multi-tasker, who is able to handle multiple priorities in parallel and extremely well-organized
- Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done
- Able to flex from strategy to tactics quickly
- Able to collaborate with others at a variety of levels across the organization

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in planning, execution, and analysis of programs related to data or technology-related projects
- At least 5 years experience in delivering projects that affect multiple business areas
- At least 2 years of experience with Agile delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree or an advanced certification (CSM, CPO, SAFE)
- 6+ years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management
- 3+ years of experience in delivering technical projects that affect multiple business areas in a matrixed, indirect delivery model
- 2+ years of experience working in a technology-oriented company
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
