In a nutshell
Enable better learning outcomes with school leaders and learning success managers across the country as we partner with a California-based non-profit to develop an off-platform dashboard. Creating an integral and dynamic resource, your efforts will facilitate measured student engagement and classroom performance in 400 schools nationwide. You will have the opportunity to direct technical vision and focus on user experience, helping lead the strategy and outcomes of this innovative project launch.
As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering client value and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. You'll lead teams of 2-15 people, both locally and virtually, to build and execute strategies in areas as diverse as product development, cost management, organizational transformation, and more.

About you

• You have experience in structured professional services organizations
• You're gifted with an entrepreneurial flair
• You have experience delivering projects and solving problems within midsize-to-large organizations, utilizing disparate tools and methodologies
• You have a solid track record of recommending and implementing improvements to projects and processes for clients
• You have a broad delivery capability that may span strategy, technology, and/or business
• You're a natural leader, able to navigate challenging group dynamics with consensus-building skills

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management with consulting experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation and client management skills
• Undergraduate degree
