Crunchyroll COVID-19 Hiring Status

About the Team
Based in SF, the Creative Services team is responsible for maintaining the look-and-feel (and sound!) of the brand wherever fans encounter us. Our goal is to produce effective and outstanding creative content that will delight and engage our audiences, partners and internal stakeholders. We embody Crunchyroll’s collaborative spirit, and work closely with various internal and external teams to create assets for digital and brand campaigns. We support global marketing, corporate needs, PR and more—any time anything needs to look and sound polished, we’re there!
About You:
- 4-5 proven experience in a studio, agency, entertainment, media or gaming company preferably as a project manager for marketing teams.
- Knowledge of project management systems (ex Wrike, Workfront, Jira, Asana, Airtable etc.)
- Experience managing International team members is helpful.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening.
- Great multi-tasking abilities. Must be able to manage a high volume of creative requests and multiple projects and people simultaneously (Streaming and 360 Business lines).
- Are well-organized, punctual, and able to communicate clearly and work independently.
- Have an understanding of marketing concepts and brand management.
- Previous post-production experience, or experience working with creative teams is highly desired.
- Flexibility in competently managing competing priorities and changing expectations. Preferably with experience managing international team members across multiple time zones.
- Language proficiency in German, Spanish, French or Portuguese highly desired but not required.
- Have a passion for film, television and the entertainment industry. Anime knowledge or fandom is a plus!

A day in the life of a Creative Services Project Manager
- Stay in close communication with the senior project manager to manage deadlines and support all creative initiatives. Lead junior project manager in day to day responsibilities.
- Managing creative requests from across the global organization, across all business lines. Inputting those requests into the project management system and assigning out to appropriate designers on the Creative Services team—routine for the appropriate approvals and delivering assets on time.
- Maintain organization of folder structures, proper naming schemes/hierarchy of all files, docs, assets, footage and finished content kept on shared area network storage for both domestic and global teams to access.
- Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining the editorial calendar and other tracking software creating spreadsheets and collaborating closely with all departments and business units.
- Act as a point of contact with designers and requesting global partners groups to provide clarity on projects status and approvals.
