Project Manager, Corporate Communications

What you’ll do:
- Track progress and maintain a timeline of multiple complex projects, which include internal initiatives and collaborations with external partners
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Project Managers across the company and Communications for alignment on progress and consistency
- Delegate communications-related inquiries and tasks appropriately and provide quick access to needed information
- Seek opportunities to deploy systems and efficiencies into the team; establish processes and templatize work
- Establish workflows and drive consistency across workflow platforms, such as Asana, Confluence and SharePoint
- Act as the core of team operations, in addition to process and workflow, through team culture, meetings, onboarding, knowledge and training, and budgeting
What you’ll need:
- 2+ years of project management experience
- To be a clear and confident business writer
- To bring order to complex environments and keep us on track
- Familiarity with various collaboration tools, such as Asana, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Ability to easily identify action items and deliverables
- To be responsible and discreet with sensitive information
- An awesome sense of humor to push work forward in a way that brings the team together; you’re the glue
- Flexibility and willingness to pitch in where needed
- To embody Rivians values and mission
