IDS is seeking a Project Manager (PM) to oversee and manage programs a federal government client with locations across the globe. This position will be reporting to the headquarter office in Arlington, VA but the job is 100% remote.
The Program Manager should be knowledgeable and experienced in the area(s) of O&M, service logistics, life support, construction, and/or IT contracts are required.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as Point-of-Contact and liaison for government stakeholders
- Manage IDIQ Contracts with high ethical standards, with a sensitivity to the nuances of dealing with international constituents
- Maintain confidentiality, exercise good judgment, and exhibit excellent customer service
- Multi-task the management of several full-cycle projects (from conception to completion)
- Manage all aspects of project management including, but not limited to, budget, schedules, quality assurance, performance management, and meeting the guidelines standards set forth by the contract.
- Procure essential, competing resources
- Develop and report metrics on the progress, professional performance, and successful execution of projects
- Oversee the quality of work with keen attention to detail of deliverables and services.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance or higher (Top Secret Clearance preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
- PMP Certification or equivalent
- 8+ years of management experience supporting federal international programs in the area(s) of O&M, service logistics, life support, construction, and/or IT contracts are required
Knowledge & Skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
