Our Strategy & Operations team is looking for a Change Manager who will be responsible for owning change plans, project workstreams, managing day-to-day responsibilities, and engaging with matrixed teams to deliver results with our clients. Key indicators of success include a passion for business solutions, understanding of how to apply change methodologies, an aptitude to learn, and the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
For this role, your business impact is highly visible and strategic involving major initiatives across various business groups.
In general, our change managers are responsible for delivering client value and ensuring high client satisfaction. They must be familiar with supporting teams both locally and virtually. You should have a broad delivery capability that spans strategy, technology, and business.
About the team
The Logic20/20 Strategy & Operations team brings together people, processes, and technology to build solutions that make a difference. You'll work with diverse consultants to build and execute strategies in product development, cost management, organizational transformation, and more. When the big decisions are being made, you'll have a seat at the table to contribute your unique perspective and ideas. When it's time for the team to roll up their sleeves, you'll put your talents to work while broadening your horizons and learning new skills.
About you

  • You have a track record of success in scoping and driving change management deliverables and project results within organizations, managing ambiguity, and rapidly changing requirements
  • Experience delivering change initiatives that are solving problems within mid to large size organization utilizing disparate tools and methodologies
  • Ability to drive, inspire and manage stakeholders across all levels, direct clients, and project teams
  • Change management, both nationally and internationally, with an emphasis on communications planning, change enablement, and end-user adoption
  • Organize work methodically: pre-planning, data, communication, and integration
  • Track record of recommending and implementing change interventions and improvements to projects and processes for clients


Qualifications

  • Have worked for a management consulting firm
  • 3+ years of project management consulting experience is required (more experience is welcome)
  • Previous experience in specifically managing a Change Management program is required
  • Experience building relationships with internal stakeholders across a range of business units
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves, ask questions, and learn along the way
  • Formal project management training, such as a PMP certificate is a plus
  • Prosci certification is preferred
  • An undergraduate degree is required
