Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes is currently seeking a Project Management Illustrations Specialist to support Maintenance Engineering, Integrated Data Systems.This Integrated Data Systems Project Management Specialist position is within the Maintenance Engineering, Customer Support organization. Executes Illustration project integration activities and provides management support for Maintenance Engineering commercial and derivative airplane projects. Coordinates across all product support and engineering teams to develop plans and schedules for the execution of Maintenance Engineering activities. A successful candidate will be well-rounded in their understanding of Maintenance Engineering products and services.Position Responsibilities:Performs Illustration project tasks that meet identified requirements by application of, or in accordance with, accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., PMI, Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI, and ISO standards).

  • • Responsible for analyzing, setting up and verifying Illustration packages for development and updating graphics using industry standards, Illustration tools and applications.
  • • Monitors Illustration plans, deliverables and schedules.
  • • Develop and maintain relevant metrics for program visibility and reporting.
  • • Provides reports, charts, project status and change information to project team per established processes and communicates plan changes and recovery plans.
  • • Responds to customer inquiries and coordinate with stakeholder teams to develop mitigation plans to avoid issues.
  • • Prepares agreements, pricing quotes and scheduling requirements.
  • • Coordinate and lead meetings, support presentations, briefings and program reviews.
  • Export Control Requirement: This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • 1+ years of experience in Project Management
  • • 1+ years' experience with Microsoft Office Products like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio
  • • 1+ Illustration or graphic artist experience
  • • IsoDraw, AutoCAD, CATIA, or Solid Works, etc. experience is added advantage

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Commercial airplane or military program experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple engineering teams
  • Experience managing high level projects
  • Practical application of Program Management
