Job Description
Scope of Responsibilities:
Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the implementation of Transformation Management Office (TMO) Projects and will act as and is recognized as the leader / focal point for all aspects of assigned project(s). The TMO position requires knowledge of managed and support services contract processing and tools. Knowledge of Oracle R12 and Quote to Service Contract (Q2SC) is required. This is a remote position and will require self modivated individual and good time management skills. Metrics development and an understanding of the Motorola databases is desired. This individual must be able to utilize, maintain and expand with most current and widely used service processes and tools in order to provide visibility to Motorola’s services operations workflow. They also need to possess a strong understand of the Motorola Services organization and interactions in order to focus on continuous evolution and integration of various components of service business operations and be able to make recommendations to drive service operations improvements. This project manager is responsible for communication to direct level management and relevant senior stakeholders internally by conducting ongoing report reviews.
Additional Duties:
- Change Management/Business Operations experience preferred
- Drive key projects and integrations for North America Services.
- Demonstrates understanding of both the field and internal service operations and able to prioritize and drive results.
- Contributes to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives.
- Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of the project.
- Communicates both verbally and in documentation to ensure clear understanding, direction and reference-ability.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience or exposure and interested with the following: Google Forms, Intranet/Site builds, Tableau reporting.
- Operational experience and use of Q2SC and Oracle R12 Greenfield applications.
- Proficient in Google Applications / Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Understanding of various database content and structure
- Proficient in designing reports and metrics
- Understanding of two way radio / cellular infrastructure communications products, services, and systems is a plus.
- Must be a self motivated team player able to work effectively with general guidance toward objectives.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
Basic Requirements
- 3+ years of project/program management OR Expert Knowledge and use of Managed and Support Operations tools and processes.
