Your day to day

The Project Coordinator will participate in the development and maintenance of project plans for development/enhancements/implementation of programs or systems

  • Establish, maintain and execute project plans
  • Utilize strong project management skills to oversee multiple timelines and maintain pipelines
  • Manage changing priorities and quickly adjusting to new directions
  • Monitor progress against agreed objectives, including financial, and formally report progress at defined intervals to key stakeholders.
  • Development of key reports and presentations
  • Identity opportunities for process improvement
  • Provide additional planning and project support to include coordinating travel and meeting logistics, assisting in the development of agendas or program materials, presentation materials and/or vendor involvement.
  • Document and maintain standards, policies, etc.
  • Work with the team to fully understand the needs of the stakeholder
  • Communicate clearly with manager and openly receive and apply feedback given
  • Develop strong relationship with key stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Motivated and effective at recognizing key opportunities



What we need from you

Education

  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.


Experience

  • 3 or more years of experience working coordinating projects across multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience with multi-national / global organizations


Technical Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong project coordination skills
  • Strong organization skills. Demonstrated ability to manage immediate tasks and details along with longer term deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize work within multiple projects simultaneously and quickly change directions based on changing needs and priorities.
  • Develop and document processes and procedures for workflow
  • Demonstrated strong PC skills including proficiency in a variety of software packages (i.e. Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, e-mail, etc.). Demonstrated ability to use skills to facilitate presentations and data analysis.
  • Ability to maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated relationship building capabilities (internal and external) and an understanding of the intricacies of the system that the department services.
