Position Description

As a Project Coordinator, you will be working directly with the Strategic Operations Manager to ensure headquarters and the branches are collaborating effectively throughout the entire solar process to ensure each project is progressing efficiently. LGCY is growing their operations and will need an individual that can pivot as needed and handle a variety of challenges simultaneously. This position will primarily focus on submitting and securing funding of all LGCY solar projects, with the potential to expand into a much broader focus over time. This is an entry level position focused on developing highly motivated individuals into qualified Project Coordinators. Remote and hybrid work schedule is available for this role. Local applicants are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review and submit all necessary documentation/ financial information needed to advance accounts through LGCY financial partners
  • Follow accounts through required milestones while sticking to SLAs
  • Track certain metrics/ KPIs and develop solutions for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with sales and sales support to resolve any missing loan or contract documentation
  • Work with financial institutions, sales, and homeowners to secure and finalize solar loans
  • Process invoices for additional services and non-financed projects
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Possess a competitive desire to improve processes and controls
  • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple channels
  • The ability to proactively follow up on loan statuses with financiers, sales representatives and homeowners
  • Obtains a sense of urgency and accountability
  • Strong grasp of the various steps in operations
  • Ability to collaborate and be part of a cross-functional team
  • Customer driven and stakeholder focused
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, timeline driven environment

Preferred Skills and Abilities

  • Previous experience in the solar industry
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions
  • Experience using NetSuite as a CRM is a plus
  • Detailed oriented while being able to maintain many projects, with a high level of organization

Working Conditions

  • Considerable time is spent at a desk using a computer
  • This role can be up to 90% remote after 1-2 weeks of training (depending on candidate). Occasional in office meetings may be required
