Project Coordinator will handle administrative tasks and monitor the overall progress of the product commercialization process. Ranging from 200 - 250 product launches a year, this role will work collaboratively on various tasks involved in the implementation of a product, handling information flow from internal and external teams, and maintaining data updates and integrity in a project management software tool.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leverage project management software tool to manage 200+ product launch projects to adhere to internal, customer, and timeline expectations
  • Extract project details and assign project tasks by reviewing project briefs, fielding cross-functional inputs, following project processes, and filtering internal/external communications
  • Maintain and distribute project KPI reports that reflect project status and pipeline health for the enterprise
  • Prepare and present necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Provide administrative support, as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field of study
  • 3 years of experience in the Project Coordinator field
  • Documentation management and ability to use SAS project management tools
  • Thrives in high-paced workflows
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong intuition and problem-solving abilities
  • Team-management and leadership skills
  • Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
  • Attention to details even under pressure
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain, reliable and predictable attendance

Preferred Knowledge, Certifications, Skills, Abilities:

  • Fluency in project management software solutions such as Smartsheet, Asana, Trello, or SaaS

Environmental Conditions:

  • Hybrid position with combination of work from home & in office. Office environment - climate controlled
