We are seeking an energetic Project Coordinator to join our growing organization. The successful candidate will work with the Content Operations team to organize and implement editorial and fact checking projects on a number of Dotdash Meredith brands. Working in a team environment, the successful candidate will coordinate with stakeholders to establish priorities, ensure all workflows are optimized, and manage contractors to successfully meet goals within budget and time expectations.

Pay Range
Salary: $48,440 - $60,548
The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives. About Your Contributions:
- Launch and monitor content update projects and coordinate with all stakeholders to keep workflows on track to reach quarterly goals.
- Maintain all project-related documentation so that all materials reflect current best practices.
- Manage a team of contractors, monitoring their performance and communicating with them in an effective manner to meet goals and objectives.
- Create and proofread new project guidelines and materials to ensure successful launch and execution of content quality projects.
- Manage quarterly budgets, track costs, and report on spend.
- Work closely with Editorial teams to spin off projects and recommend improvements to existing processes.
- Track and analyze project progress while keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and resolve issues/bottlenecks that arise.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, journalism, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years experience in an administrative, content marketing, or content management role.
- Experience and comfort using Google Docs, Sheets, Analytics and Airtable.
- Able to analyze numbers and manage budgets.
- Highly organized and professional, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing competing deadlines and working across multiple projects.
