Job Description We are looking for an Agile Project Coordinator to lead implementation and manage release processes through development, testing and implementation. Ideal candidate will work collaboratively with all participants in software development lifecycle to improve the software engineering processes and practices associated with continuously building, deploying and closure activities, while assisting in managing projects and interdependencies to ensure milestone adherence and the integrity of releases.
Responsibilities

  • Partner with project and program teams, supporting teams through the initiation, implementation and close out processes of the release to deliver multiple parallel efforts
  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify proper sequencing of releases, ensuring issues and risks are identified, understood, and mitigated
  • Define and document the release recommendation for each release scope, schedule, deliverables and roll-back plan
  • Maintain release schedule and ensure release acceptance criteria are met. This includes the tracking of all elements with team leads
  • Maintain a release repository, manage key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies and notifications throughout continuous integration and delivery cycles
  • Facilitate release planning with key stakeholders to identify proper sequencing of release events and oversee production release implementations, tracking progress and escalating when needed
  • Review project requirements, scope and assist Project Manager (PM) in the development and tracking of project plans and dependent deliverables. Assist in managing to scope while tracking changes through change control
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, meet deadlines and quality standards and respond to changing priorities, whether working independently or in a team setting
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with a broad range of people in a professional manner


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience implementing technology projects
  • Advanced knowledge of JIRA
