Project Coordinator
Location: REMOTE
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Project Coordinator in Cincinnati, OH(Remote)
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Support priority initiatives that support the identification, implementation, and ongoing management of strategic partners across the technology and digital portfolio. Support the Strategic Partnerships and cross-functional teams to identify and address partnership needs in order to deliver overall business objectives. Support leadership when interfacing with partners to communicate client needs and priorities and put joint plans in place to deliver successful outcomes. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 3+ years relevant work experience in corporate strategy or development, strategic partner/alliance management, analytical/strategic backgrounds such as consulting
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain a network of relationships which facilitate the partnership development process and decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to drive for consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision making
• Demonstrated ability to drive insightful analysis in projects of increasing complexity
• Ability to appreciate and articulate strategic objectives and their operational implications on the assigned initiative
• Self-starter who can excel in a fluid environment with ability to balance multiple projects / priorities at a time
Essential Job Functions
• Conduct quantitative analyses and identifies relevant information and data to support key insights
• Create presentation materials and memos for management that clearly summarizes the strategy and partnership opportunities
• Help drive strategic decision making through deep dive analysis of market trends and partnership results
• Travel to client campuses and vendors for meetings
• Execute assigned activities that support the identification, implementation, and ongoing management of any partnership agreements to achieve client strategic objectives
• Research and analyze industry, company, competitor, and customer data to identify strategic trends and support market assessments and make recommendations to leaders regarding findings
• Support key activities within the implementation plan and ongoing governance of partnerships once a partnership is established
• Support cross-functional efforts to prioritize our business needs and identify new partnership opportunities
